Shanghai, China. With ROC 30c orange postage due tied by bilingual cds and frame 'Cancelled' in black bilingual. This cover was
returned to the USA sender with USA 'Postage Due/Cents' chop in violet line. The sender sent this cover again to Tsingtao, China.
With postage due 30c blue, tied by faint bilingual 'TSINGTAO' cds. An interesting postage due returned cover. Photo
